Our Order: Haggis Pops £5.50 Venison Scotch Egg £6.50 Venimoo Burger ( Beef patty, venison patty, cheese, bĂ©arnaise & caramelised onions - served in a seeded bun) £12 Wilderness Chips ( Sticky Black Isle lager & whisky sauce, crispy shallots & candied bacon) £5 £29 (Prices could be wrong - I've thrown away the receipt, my bad) 9/10 We really enjoyed it here. Jed has been eyeing Mac & Wild up for the longest time on Instagram and seeing as we were finally coming to London, we gave it a go. It immediately had a really fun vibe and we loved the industrial theming of the restaurant. Not to mention the music was amazing. We decided there was too much on the menu to miss out so went for their Venimoo burger to share as well as the Wilderness chips, venison scotch egg and haggis pops on the side. The service was quick and the food came in good time so we both jumped right into the haggis pops which were incredible. We're really big fans of Haggis and these ...

#38 Annie's Burger Shack, Nottingham

Our Order: Jolly Rancher £7.50 Ape Ale £4.50 The Buffalo Ranch £12.90      + Creamy Garlic Sauce £0.75 The Johnny Vegas £12.90      + Sweet Potato Fries £1.50 ~£40.05 11/10 We've been excited to come here since the day we started this thing and now we've been, we're even more excited to go back. With over 30 burgers on the menu, this is really THE place to be. We got to Annie's at about 12:15pm and the place was already heaving. The atmosphere of the place was really good - the music was fun and you could just sense that everyone was having a good time. After a while of flicking back and forth through the menu we finally settled on our choices. First of all, I have to mention how good the Jolly Rancher cocktail was. If you love cherry and/or lime flavours, you have to try this. I have no words. It tasted just like pop so you could easily get through 10 of them. Let's start with The Johnny Vegas. A patty topped with crispy bacon, warm toff...

#37 Red Dog Saloon, Nottingham

Our order: Dark Plate, Reg £12.50 Guerilla Fries £2.50 Philly Cheeseburger £12.50 Amaretto & Coke £4.45 Wild River PT £5.50 £37.45 9/10 After arriving in Nottingham, we were pretty damn hungry and knew we were in for a big night so we popped into Red Dog Saloon for a bite to eat. Immediately, the service was great. We were seated in the bar area so we had to go and order our food but it really wasn't an issue. Before we get into the food, we just want to say that this place was initially a 10/10 but once we compared it to everything else we ate that weekend, it just wasn't on par. Red Dog was amazing, it just so happened that everything else was even better. I went for the Dark Plate of Southern Fried Chicken which consisted of 2 legs and a thigh. It was seriously yummy. Obviously cooked to order as it came to the table steaming hot. The coating on the chicken was cooked to perfection. It was a little crispy but the chicken was still so so so juicy and everything ...

Pizza Punks was the first place we saw so we headed straight in and we did not regret this decision! We got there at just the right time as they'd been turning people away but just happened to have a table by the time we arrived. The atmosphere was great, the music even better and the staff were super friendly too. I had spotted the Cheeseburger pizza on the menu before we went in and knew I had to try it! It was a really good choice. Topped with Cheddar, Meatballs, Relish & Pickles, didn't quite taste...
