1) Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
2) Roll out your pastry
3) Cut your pastry into quarters
4) Place your sausage meat in your mixing bowl
5) Add salt, pepper, chives and honey as per preference (we used 5 chives and 1 tbsp of honey per sausage roll) and mix together thoroughly using your hands
6) Split your meat mix into quarters (112.5g)
7) Place each quarter of the meat onto each quarter of the pastry and manipulate into a sausage shape
8) Roll the pastry around the meat, its okay if the pastry overlaps

12) Enjoy!
This was the base recipes and flavours that we originally wanted to create but once we got everything together we decided to do something different in everyone.
Alternative flavours:
Spicy Mexican = Garlic Salt & Mexican Tinga Past
Southern BBQ = Mustard BBQ Sauce, Stilton Cheese, Honey & Mustard Sauce
Hot Jerk = Jerk Salt, Crushed Chilli Flakes & Chive
All the ingredients listed can be found in Tesco :)
