Our Order Plum & Vanilla Gin £3.60 (+ Lemonade £1.10) £4.70 x 2 The Original £9.75 + Sweet Potato Fries £1.25 The Black Deer £12.50 + Haggis £1 Total £33.90 8.5/10 We popped in here due to being absolutely fucking knackered after days of walking round Edinburgh on minimal sleep. We were looking for a decent burger and that's exactly what we got. Due to being so tired, I wasn't overly hungry so I went for The Original (I also figured, if they couldn't do a simple burger then what could they do, hey?) I went for a side of sweet potato fries to mix it up. Jed went for The Black Deer, a venison & black pudding patty with a beetroot chutney & blue cheese with a side of haggis. The food came relatively quick & we were impressed. My original burger was done well.
